“You Get what you Pay For”
Location is decent and you're paying an extremely low price for a private room. So it's basically a trade off for comfort/vibe to have your own privacy. The atmosphere is cold and depressing and not much care and attention is put in to making the place feel inviting.

Location is definitely its best asset. Drawback however is if you are not used to hearing vehicles passing by as it is located in a major high-way road. “Amazing location but a bit run-down”
Amazing location with major metro lines just around the corner and tons of 24/7 convenience stores. Reception staff were alright but facilities really in need of sot refurbishment. “economical stay with bare minimum facilities”
I stayed for 1 night. Arrived in the evening and left early in the morning. It is very economical hotel. You will get a very small room(normal in japan) with mat and Tv. Building is very old.
