“Great hotel to stay in Osaka close to tran station & restaurants”
Great hotel. This hotel is connected to JR train station and eating places are on the 8 floor. Room is clean and complimentary bottled water every day which helps a lot if you are your on tour. I will definitely stay here in my future trip.

Very near Osaka train station and connected to the mall. Quite a large hotel with a large restaurant for breakfast and dining at other times of the day. “Great hotel - very convenient location and super breakfast on offer”
We stayed at this hotel on 2 seperate occasions over 2 weeks totalling 7 nights. The hotel location is really convenient to Osaka station and surrounding shopping and dining areas. “Our First Hotel In Japan.”
Excellent location. Zero atmosphere. Room was small with very dysfunctional bathroom.Value for money average .Very clean.Extremely quiet.Staff not particularly friendly, room service non existent food in restaurant very disappointing.

“Average”
The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location. Otherwise everything is pretty average. The check-in process is like checking in for a flight, it all felt very chaotic. The room felt grimy, bed not overly comfortable.
