“Excelent experience”

An excelent accommodation and lunch. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is very polite. The over all atmosphere is great, and also close to the Osaka center and the Chuo Line metro, that gets you to Osaka World Expo.

Beautiful hotel and price was not bad at all. Lovely staff and near city center. Would love to visit again in the future. We were a party of 5 and we all felt very welcome. Food was of course very good. Since tripadvisor wants me to usr atleast 200 characters, I needed to write this sentence..

When you first enter the hotel it's great - common areas (lobby/lounge/restaurant) are hip and cool and well designed. After a couple of mediocre hotels I thought to myself "finally!" But... Looks can be deceiving. The 4+ star lobby gives way to a 2-3 star room. Our room lacked any of the personality of downstairs, with no decoration or design and was quite small. As others have noted, it's awkwardly laid out, with separate toilet, wet shower and then the sink in the room, about 1 meter from the beds. If you're traveling with someone you aren't super close with, good luck having any privacy when showering and dressing. Wifi is terrible. Water pressure is decent. Windows have blinds, not curtains, so the light comes blazing in at 4am, ensuring you awaken with the rising sun. Location is a mixed bag. Short 5 minute walk to the subway station. 20 minutes to Kyocera dome. But a good 30 minute walk to the common tourist areas of the city, so YMMV depending on the experience you're looking for. Pretty limited dining options in the immediate vicinity, but there is a very nice grocery store just downstairs with tons of ready-to-eat fare. Hotel restaurant looked and smelled good, but I was chased off by the Y3000-4000 price tag for a pizza. Amenities common to most Asian hotels like toothbrushes, comb, razor, etc are available at a charge from the front desk, under the guise of sustainability. Mind you, I saw nothing else in the hotel to suggest a commitment to green initiatives, so I was left a bit cynical... Bottom line... No major issues, but no superlatives, either. A cramped, spartan, oddly-designed room that left me wanting more (or paying less). Wouldn't book this property again.

this hotel was the worst hotel we stayed at. Only 2 lifts were available and busy when full. Rooms were very small and located in a residental area but easy to navigate around. The cleaning was poorly done with an outside basin that was not really cleaned. The shower was outside the bath making it a wet area and not much shelving in the bathroom. The laundry on level 5 did not really dry the clothes well You need 10Yen 's to operate the machine. Very large supermarket under the hotel. Breakfast was ok but mainly asian style
