This is a great hotel. Checkin was easy. The staff have translators if required. The rooms reasonably small but set out well and have everything you need. All amenities are conveniently beside the lifts downstairs (you need to ask for razors). Fresh nightwear provided everyday. A fresh bottle of water everyday. The only downside (small gripe) using the laundry is expensive.

This is my third time returning to this hotel, and it truly feels like coming home. 🩷 Only this hotel is my first choice in Osaka! The room is clean and nice, just like before. It's conveniently located near Tenmabashi station, with Daiso, Uniqlo, GU, and Starbucks right across the street. Family Mart and Lawson are also nearby. The service is excellent, and the staffs are very helpful. Amenities are available in the lobby for guests to take as needed. The hotel location is good it is very close to Osaka castle. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. The hotel staff are really kind they assisted us with sending the luggage to our hotel in Tokyo. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel location is good it is very close to Osaka castle. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. The hotel staff are really kind they assisted us with sending the luggage to our hotel in Tokyo. The rooms were comfortable. Free pyjamas are given to all the guests as well as toothbrushes, tea, coffee and so on. There is free wifi. Overall we had a great stay and worth the money.

Hotel is 5 mins from Tenmabashi station (exit 2 and directly opposite on the other side of the road). The twin beds were large single beds and he hotel is very modern with a tablet between the beds which controlled the lights, AC, alarm, DND sign and clean room instructions. The room had limited table space and not a lot of spare floor space in general for luggage. Long nightshirts are provided, but they are so thin (see-through!) as to be pointless. Good selection of toilettries in the bathroom and amenities (toothbrush, hairbrush, tea, coffee etc) in the lobby next to the lifts. The toilet was in a separate room from the bath/shower and basin room. Excellent quality hairdryer and straightener provided, although the location of the plug next to the sink was dubious (we used it in the bedroom instead). One carton of water per room was provided. Key cards required to use the lifts. The daily tourist tax (800 yen per night) was high compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in other areas, but it's a major city. The rooms weren't very well insulated as some of the noises from outside could be heard.
