“Great location, clean rooms and wonderful staff”
Booked this hotel 4 nights to explore Osaka on my trip to Japan with my daughter celebrating her 20th birthday. Rooms are nice size with 2 twin beds, clean and comfortable. “Close to all transport”
The location works for me even if it s not in the main tourist areas of Namba, Shinsaibashi and Umeda. It is just 2 subway stops to Namba and there is a big DONKI store very nearby. “Close to the Zoo and not too far from Dotonbori”
The staff was very nice and the room was quite big and well thought through, however the hotel itself was more basic than the rooms I felt. I was not too keen on the location but it was close to 2 stations at least and like I said, the reception staff was helpful and friendly.
