“Small, cozy and convenient”
The Kyoto station is just across the street. The MK taxi station is around the corner. A newly opened shopping mall is 5 min walk away. The 7-11 store is even connected to the hotel. It can't be more convenient. The bath in Deluxe room is very cozy. It is perfect for after a long walk.

“Nice quiet area even though close to station”
Very close to the Bullet Train station at Shin-Osaka. If you have JR Pass you get free train to Osaka from Shin-Osaka. Hotel is less than 5 minutes to station. Clean, Safe, No noise, Respectful Staff, Fixtures work, TV works/Only Japanese language/ Elevators work.

Right across the street from the train station with access to anywhere in the city or other cities. Nice room and not that great Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer with coins, tea and coffee in the lobby. My fourth time staying at Via Inn Shin-Osaka (4 nights) and I am not disappointed. The hotel assigned me to the same room 4 times in a row which is make me feel that I am coming back home again. “A Small and clean Hotel just in front to the JR station”
I just spent one night in this hotel Booked by my local customer because closed to our meeting point, this is a very small hotel new decoration and clean but..... NOT Breakfast available. I had a / Eleven voucher to spend on the shop downstairs.
