“Very comfortable budget hotel in a good location”
I've stayed in Shinsaibashi before and know the area, last time before this stay was in 2017 and at the Nishitetsu Inn which is now called the APA, but I got a better deal for six days at the New Osaka budget hotel just around the corner and I definitely made a good choice. “Shinsaibashi where to spend all your money”
You are 3 stops from Umeda and one stop away from Namba. Osaka is basically North or South. The hotel has so much movement but have very accommodating staff. We always have to keep checking for availability. Rooms are not too small so it’s great.

“great location, value for money”
Just a few minutes walking distance to metro stations and Shinsaibashi shopping street. Clean rooms, great services. Value for money. The size of the room is relatively big compared to common hotel rooms in Japan.

Even though the hotel is called new it’s 40 years old and has been kept neat it lacks in some services. They have an escalator up to the reception from the street but not down.
