It was an awesome experience staying at Ritz Carlton. As a platinum member, Ritz is my first choice I started off with a surprise that I found my reservation got cancelled. The front desk staff ( forgot his name) didn’t give up and helped reinstate my reservation. I also wanted to thank Yuca from concierge who led the art tour. The tour was about 30 minutes long. My friend and I really enjoyed the tour and learnt a lot from Miss Yuca. Later we also explored a nearby restaurant and places per her recommendation. The trip was short but was fun. The hotel hospitality is paramount. The memory is unforgettable. I hope I will be back soon.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka was not only memorable, but truly defined by genuine warmth and thoughtful attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, there was a sense of calm elegance that carried throughout the entire experience. Traveling with my child, I was especially touched by the room arrangement — the moment we stepped in, my child’s reaction said everything. It was a simple yet deeply meaningful moment that we will remember for a long time. The Club Lounge experience was exceptional from morning to evening. Each offering felt carefully curated, from the refined breakfast to the beautifully presented afternoon tea and the relaxing evening service. The balance of quality, presentation, and atmosphere was truly impressive, and the nightcap desserts paired with the city view created a particularly memorable moment. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Abe, whose kindness and thoughtful hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Even though we were unable to meet her on the day of departure, her message afterwards was deeply appreciated and speaks volumes about the level of care provided. We were also delighted to learn that Ms. Nana Tanemura had prepared our room — please kindly extend our sincere gratitude. The beautiful setup added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. In addition, the cake served during the evening was wonderful, and we would also like to thank Ms. Ai Tsunoi for her contribution. Another highlight was the pool area, where the presence of cherry blossoms added a subtle yet elegant seasonal touch. It was a peaceful and beautifully designed space that allowed us to fully relax. What truly sets this hotel apart is not only the facilities, but the people behind them. Every interaction felt genuine, never excessive, and always thoughtfully timed. We left with a feeling that is difficult to replicate — and that, perhaps, is what makes it truly special. It is certainly a place we would love to return to.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka. The hotel itself is incredibly opulent, with a fantastic pool and a great location that made exploring the city a joy We What truly elevated our experience to a 5-star level, however, was Tomoko Yoshida, Assistant Manager at the Club Lounge. Her care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made us feel like true VIPs throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and her professionalism combined with a personal touch made a lasting impression on our entire family. Thank you, Tomoko, for making our stay so memorable. What truly elevated our experience to a 5-star level, however, was Tomoko Yoshida, Assistant Manager at the Club Lounge. “Average 5 star hotel.”

Overall a decent stay but not the Ritz experience we were expecting. The people and service was excellent , something you expect in Japan. Overall a decent stay but not the Ritz experience we were expecting. The people and service was excellent , something you expect in Japan. We had an excellent meal in the Chinese restaurant, although it was empty with no atmosphere. The hotel itself is old and reminds me of RC’s from the 90’s. The rooms are a mish mash of old and newish features. The beds are very firm and not the super luxury type we are accustomed too from other RC’S hotels. The corridors are a maze with old, gaudy paintings randomly hung up. Breakfast is disappointing, with only omelettes made fresh. Everything in the buffet was lukewarm. The most disappointing feature was the carton orange juice. I was shocked that this hotel does not serve fresh juice. It’s unacceptable but I guess it sums up the overall experience- good, but could and should be better.
