“Convenient and Comfortable Stay”
The location is super convenient, a few minutes walk to the red train line that stops at Shinsaibashi without changing trains and it's also convenient to go to Kyoto/Kobe for a day trip as it is located near the JR station. “Comfortable beds and clean”
Friendly staff, clean, public bath available included, super clean and comfortable, they gave me an umbrella for free, you can’t buy breakfast on the day. Convenience stores nearby, smoking area inside the hotel. I would recommend to anyone stay here, the room was small but not too bad

The hotel staff are friendly and bubbly. Walking in, they quickly greeted us, using both Japanese and English. For the cleanliness hospitality I gave them 4 stars. This Hotel is very new and only 8 walking-minutes away from Shin-Osaka station.
