“Easy to access”

From train station, just go out and walk to the left, only 5 minutes then arrive ........ many restaurant just across the street ........ also convenience store just beside ........ free coffee at the lobby and must try the onsen ........

Also refrigerator, electric kettle and safe. Small bathroom. Bathtub sides were very high; could have used a safety handle. There was a lip to the bathroom floor. AC in English--much appreciated. Large selection of weird breakfast foods but they did have a fluffy, mini omelette which was delicious. The rooms on the opposite side of the hall had a view of Mt. Fuji!

“Good offering close to Fuji Speedway”

Stayed many times previously ticks all the boxes for a Japanese hotel. The Route-Inn is always a consistent offering. With the very high number of foreign and westerners staying at this hotel as it is close to Fuji Speedway, they could after all these years offer a better pillow selection. Some rooms offer a massive view of Mount Fuji..just go to be lucky to get one of those, otherwise car park view it is.

“Very small everything..... Not happy”

We stayed at this hotel for one night, in May, 2025. It's a large hotel with very small rooms. The one we stayed in had two beds, rather than a double as we had wanted. We stayed at this hotel for one night, in May, 2025. It's a large hotel with very small rooms. The one we stayed in had two beds, rather than a double as we had wanted. These 2 beds were really a little larger than a single bed each, but definitely not double, and neither could accommodate two people which was very annoying. The bathroom was extremely tiny. One person could barely fit inside and certainly not two people! The tap for the shower was shared with a tiny wash basin next to it. The bath itself was small and really deep making it extremely difficult getting in and out of it, particularly for older people and those with physical disabilities. The toilet was at an angle in the corner in front of the small doorway. The floor level was at an angle making it uncomfortable when using the toilet. The rest of the room was large enough, by Japanese standards. The air condition was good. There was a small fridge in the room as well as a kettle and some tea but no coffee. The breakfast room did not cater for all tastes and certainly not if you could not eat Japanese food.
