“Excellent service”
Stayed for 3 nights while we climbed Fuji. They let me park my motorcycle in the basement so it was covered and dry. the front desk worker did not speak any English but she tried her very best to make sure we were satisfied. when I asked if the onsen in the hotel allowed tattoos ( i have 3) she sai… more

“Most convenient hotel in Gotemba”
Excellent location, great rooms, simple but more than adequate breakfast provided. Short walk to free shuttle bus going to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Short distance to Gotemba train station, walkable or short ride by cab.
