“Relaxing Stay”
Lovely staff. Very attentive and really paid attention to our allergies and preferences. Really comfortable room. The hotel has a light show in their huge pond and it’s relaxing to watch from our window as well as from the restaurants.

Excellent location for views of Mt Fuji - we hired a car and it was worth it as Premium outlets are 5 mins away and to the city centre for restaurants.
