“Decent”
Decent Hotel overall. Good service, pleasant and English speaking (my Japanese is lacking!!). Clean Room, couldn't figure out how to turn the lights on or off at first!! Haha. Good luck. Big breakfast bar. I didn't eat dinner there, went out on the town for that.

“Restraunt in the hotel.”
We did not stay in the hotel so I cannot comment, however my son who lives in Utsunomiya took us there for a meal one evening. “Business Hotel”
It is a nice property, it has a terrace garden and a cozy bar at the top. couple of nice Japanese restaurants nearby which serve you very good food. breakfast has less options I would say and can be improved.

“Just so so.. but the tiramisu was really good..”
Maybe the waitresses were too busy that they didn’t clean the tables immediately after the guests left. I saw that several times. The cleanliness was kind of “meh” for this kinda hotel. “Best hotel in Utsunomiya”
Utsunomiya is a provincial town and this is the best property in the town. It was built awhile ago and need to be redone. The room was tired and the air-conditioner barely worked.
