“Utsunomiya Trip From Ohio”
Stayed at Richmond Hotel during 12 day trip to Utsunomiya to visit friends. Location of hotel is excellent for JR station access and for friends to pick up and drop off. Front lobby staff was very courteous and cleaning staff kept room well stocked.

“Comfort and tradition : a strong package.”
Richmond hotel has a lot going for it : friendly service, comfortable beds, a nice japanese breakfast. I only wish the latter included some fruit. “Good Basic Hotel But Weak Booking Web Site”
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. it is also quite near the station. However, I found the hotel associated restaurant breakfast options were not good. Also, I had a lot of trouble trying to book a room using the hotel web site. as it was not particularly well designed.
