“Good hotel”
The staff was very skilled and helpful Rooms were more than ok Good place to start for sight seeing around there are to use as a hop to go to another city Did not take breakfast so I do not know how that was

“Good value hotel”
Good location within 5 min from JR Tokushima station, next to Sogo departmental store. I had a room facing the river and mountain so it was lovely. Room rate was reasonable, with sufficient amenities. Clean.

Location was fine and we liked the view of the river. The access was with a key and only one which was a nuisnace. Noisy aircon In need of a renovation.
