“APA Hotel Otsuka”
I visited during the Tokyo Marathon event to support a friend. the hotel location is very close to the Otsuka train station using the Yamanote line (100 m). Nice hotel,in a very good location,( 5 min walk from Otsuka station on the Yamanote line), small room,very clean and quiet,nice onsen on the 20 th floor,breakfast is fair.

Nice clean hotel very close to the Yamanote metro line, 3 min walk Away. Roms are small but comfy. Staff is nice and helpfull but dont expect 1 minute earlier check in if you dont pay extra. “A pleasant stay”
The hotel is quite convenient, and it's near Otsuka station. The room has pretty much everything you will need. The only drawback could be that the room is small (however most rooms across japan are not that spacious as far as I know, and the area is not really fancy)
