Geat location.. 10 min Sensoji, 20 min Ueno stn (if you want to walk). Helpful staff - hold my luggage free of charge for 10 days! prior to check-in so I could travel with my backpack only. This hotel wasn't expensive (I paid 4500 yen for a single room). The staff was friendly.
