“Good base”
Friendly staff, clean rooms . Double rooms bit tight with 2 suitcases but fine. Beds comfy. TV in the room but no English channels. Toiletries supplied as are pj’s and slippers. Hotel has a Japanese style hot tub. Good location close to tube.

“Weak breakfast, lovely rooms.”
Checking in with our group of 40 was long and poorly organized by hotel staff. We and our luggage were moved up from reception on the first floor to the dining room level on the second floor on the 2 elevators. This took some time. “Good hotel”
Good hotel in a good location to visit Tokyo. Fantastic breakfast and they also offer a hot pool onsen like that is lovely to soak in when it is cold before breakfast. The solo room was good, great shower and linens as well. I will consider returning to this hotel
