Perfect hotel to explore Tokio. Everyday room cleaned, good free breakfast, free coffee, cheap self laundry, small but practical rooms with comfy beds. 10 m walk to metro station, we stayed 1 week mainly for the Tokio marathon and had a perfect experience to visit both Tokio and Tokio Disney.

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Everything was perfect. what you need was all in the room, for example microwave, washing machine etc... 5 min walk away from the nishikasai subway station. Here is the hint: you can use limousine bus to go narita airport, thats station is near the kasai subway station ( 1 stop near nishikasai) be carefull it only accepts cash money. Reception workers are so helpfull Family mart is under the hotel, and seven eleven is so close to hotel. We came this hotel from TÜRKİYE, thanks for everything

“Slow Wi-Fi in the room”

We appreciated many aspects of the hotel during our stay: the complimentary breakfast, excellent amenities, in-room kitchenette with a washing/drying machine, a 24-hour coffee machine, and proximity to the Tokyo Metro Station (Nishikasai). These features made our stay convenient and enjoyable. However, the Wi-Fi was a major drawback. It was extremely slow, making business meetings impossible and causing frequent disconnections, even while streaming YouTube. The Wi-Fi connection was somewhat better in the lobby, but overall, this was a significant inconvenience.

This is my second time staying at this property. The last time was pre-pandemic. When I saw this hotel as one of the choices with the package we booked, I knew what to expect and that it was a good choice. We stayed at their sister hotel in Kasai last year. This hotel appears to be a bit older or is not updated as often. The room was a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. The carpets needs to be either cleaned or better yet replaced. It was stained and looked dirty. The desk drawer was broken. The bathroom was well stocked and was clean. This room also could use an update in electrical outlets to plug in and charge your items. There was only 2 sets of 2 outlets (one on the desk and one on the headboard). 4 outlets isn't enough with all of today's devices that need to be charged. All in all, the room while dated and stained carpet was comfortable and quiet. It had a washer/dryer unit and it worked well and isn't loud, so you can run it before you go to bed and get up to clean clothes. There is a small kitchenette with the smallest fridge that with one bottle of water (500ml) and it's full already. Wifi in the room is OK, not great, but worked for me for checking email and doing research on my phone. The breakfast in the lobby is good for free hotel breakfast. Fresh baked croissants with either mac or potato salad along with assorted bread rolls, juice, coffee, etc. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood a few blocks from the Nishikasai subway station (Tozai line). Easy to get to from Haneda airport. We took the Airport Limousine from Haneda to Kasai station and then 1 stop on the subway over to Nishikasai and walked from there. Going home (after buying out most of Japan, we had a lot more luggage), we needed to take a taxi to Kasai station from the hotel then boarded the Airport Limousine bus back to Haneda. There are a few restaurants a stone's throw away from the hotel and a Family Mart directly across the street. Once you get closer to the station, there's lots of restaurants and shops. This is a decent hotel for visiting Tokyo, however, I would give it's sister property a slight edge. The Kasai location is easier to get to from the station and has the Airport Limousine stop, making it easier to navigate getting home with more luggage. The daily housekeeping is good and consistent and the staff a helpful and pleasant. I fully recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
