I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is consistently clean, quiet, and comfortable with very friendly staff who are always willing to help. The hotel was a 4 minute walk from the Airport Limousine (bus) stop outside Shinjuku Washington Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfortable and the free breakfast was a welcome start to the day.
