I had heard many good things about this hotel, so I finally decided to stay here. After 2 nights, I can say it was definitely worth it. I paid JPY 57,375 for a 2-night stay. As an ALL Platinum member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a Privilege Room, free breakfast, daily replenished minibar, and welcome drinks at the bar. My flight landed at Haneda around 7:00 AM. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to ask if early check-in from 10:00 AM would be possible. Surprisingly, when I arrived around 7:30 AM, my room was already ready. It was a great start to my trip. If your room is not available yet, don't worry. The hotel can store your luggage, and they also have shower facilities (extra charge), so you can freshen up before going out. The location is one of the biggest advantages. Otorii Station on the Keikyu Line is only a few minutes' walk away, and it takes only about 20 minutes to Shinagawa. Honestly, if you don't mind staying outside central Tokyo, this hotel offers much better value than many hotels in the city. A small tip: if you have large luggage, use the West Exit at Otorii Station because it has an elevator. The East Exit is closer to the hotel but only has stairs. The free airport shuttle bus is also very convenient, and no reservation is required. Just arrive a few minutes before the scheduled departure time. The room was comfortable and came with an air purifier. The minibar was refilled every day, which was a nice Platinum benefit. There is also a 24-hour fitness room. It isn't very large, but it has enough equipment for a basic workout. The breakfast was better than I expected. I especially liked the customizable miso soup, marinated salmon, grilled fish, rice, and fresh fruit. One recommendation: try to have breakfast either between 6:00-6:30 AM or after 9:00 AM. I had breakfast at 6:30 on both mornings, and by around 7:00 AM the restaurant became extremely busy. The staff spoke English well, although conversations were usually short and to the point. However, when I switched to Japanese, they became much more talkative, explained everything in detail, and always greeted me with warm smiles. That left a very good impression. The only small downside for me was the carpet. Even though the room had an air purifier, I still felt there was a little dust. This seems quite common in many Japanese hotels with carpeted floors. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. If I fly through Haneda again, I will probably stay here again without looking for another hotel. Among the Mercure hotels I've stayed at in Japan (Haneda, Nagoya, and Nagahama), I think the standard of service and room quality is consistently very good. This hotel is definitely one of my favorites.

Room was small, but they’re all on the small side here. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with plenty of Western options, and a slew of interesting local options. You won’t go hungry. We didn’t feel like heading out to dinner, so we simply ordered takeaway….a pastrami sandwich and fries. Serviceable, but nothing to write home about. Front desk staff arranged a taxi for us to get to Shinigawa station. The hotel suited our needs perfectly. Recommended

Attractively priced ‘chain’ hotel within easy access of Haneda Airport through a short train ride to Otori Station on the Keikyu Line and a 5 minute walk. A transfer bus is available although it does not operate a 24 hour service (including during the early afternoon). Rooms are very comfortable and of a large size, particularly by Tokyo standards and a small but functional gym is available. The ground floor restaurant is western food focussed reflective of the hotel’s targeted clientele. However, although it is fully priced it is of a good quality but closes at a surprisingly early hour with staff unnecessarily hurrying the pace. Reception staff are welcoming and efficient and kindly offered a later check out to accommodate our schedule. Good value although, as is often experienced, what you save on the room you spend on the restaurant !
