We thought this was a decent stay. It was probably the best value option we found for a family in central Tokyo. We had interconnecting rooms (one double, one twin). This helped solve some of the space issues other reviewers mentioned. For example cases can be stored in front of the doorway of one of the rooms and you can always use the other room to come in and out. I would get that it would seem cramped if you only had the one room. The rooms are decent but unspectacular. Facilities include coin operated laundry and dryer, pyjamas, slippers etc. Breakfast (last order 9.45) was nice, based on a fresh buffet with Japanese and Western options in a modern cafe style setting. Despite the hotel being by a major road and in Roppongi which has bars and restaurants, we had no noise issues and found the room quiet. It was good being on the doorstep of exit 5 for Roppongi station (as well as a range of restaurants and convenience stores). You can also walk to Exit 3 of Nogizaka station and Exit 1 of Roppongi-Itchome station. Between those you can access a lot of areas on the subway, but Roppongi is also central enough to make taxis a reasonable way of visiting central Tokyo destinations. Reception can organise, but you can also use apps of course.

It's a Japanese "business" hotel, so it's tight for room by Western standards. Part of a value for money hotel chain. Also has many thoughtful details and amenities to make up for that. It was fine for one person. Good aircon and an opening window. Very helpful staff and clean with good bedding. It is located on a lane way, so it's surprisingly quiet, on upper levels anyhow. Taxi driver couldn't find it; it is hard to spot from the street. Look for the more prominent Comfort Inn signage next door. Or big red Docomo sign opposite. The breakfast buffet is also great value for money. Roppongi station has an exit very close by, but check out the other exits as they are easier.

“Hotel in good location”

Hotel is comfortable and close to good restaurants, shopping and attractions. The room is standard size for Tokyo. The hotel has coin laundry facility and provide extras (hair straighteners, curlers etc).

Small rooms. Very plain rooms,nothing special at all. What is the point of having two separate twin bids if they are pushed right up against each other. Small rooms. Very plain rooms,nothing special at all. What is the point of having two separate twin bids if they are pushed right up against each other. The point of having a room with two beds is to having a bit of distance from your travel companion! Strange check in and out at this hotel. They have these kiosk machines,but you still need help from a person to answer questions,possibly get key,and maybe a little customer service and human warmth welcoming you. These machines are confusing,cold and useless and not the way to go for a hotel check-in, also ugly. Very pathetic! On a positive note,the breakfast was good. The employees there do a good job. Hotels location was good. Lots of various amenities around, and close to transportation and train. In fact of the three hotels we stayed at n Tokyo, I preferred this location best. The little sample packets of sunscreen, moisturizer,small hair comb etc were a nice touch. Overall I would stay again.
