“Simple, basic but wide, cheap and well located.”
Very basic hotel, with no charm whatsoever, looking a bit old, but clean and well located. The rates are very cheap and the staff is very polite and pleasant. The hotel is located 10 minutes on foot from Shinjuku station West Exit.

“Good, Comfortable and Budget though a bit old fashion”
About 10-minute walk from the south gate of Shinjuku station. Good and comfortable though a bit old fashion. Friendly and polite staff. We got a spacious room for 3 people. All basic amenities are available in the bathroom. I enjoyed the stay and the breakfast.
