“Very satisfying”
Very clean and organized. The process of choosing the suitable pillow was fun. They had a hot water facility that we didn't have time to use but I guess its adds to the value of choosing this hotel.

“Good location for further travel”
The hotel was nice for a good night's sleep after a long flight. It's conveniently located right next to Tokyo Station, making it easy to travel further around Japan. The hotel was OK, and the staff were friendly. We were obviously upgraded to a larger room, which we're grateful for.

“Perfect location, great service, you can choose a pillow that suits you best.”
Location was perfect! Literally above the Tokyo Station. Beside the hotel is Tokyo Midtown, you can use their lifts if you have a lot of luggage, or their elevator to get to the train station.
