I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member and have stayed at Marriott properties in many different countries, including some truly exceptional luxury hotels. Yet, The Prince Park Tower Tokyo is honestly one of the hotels that stands out among the best. This Tokyo trip was especially meaningful for my family. We came to Tokyo to celebrate my daughter’s admission to an Ivy League university — a very special milestone that we had been looking forward to celebrating together. Unfortunately, on the last day of our trip, our flight was cancelled because of the typhoon. We were completely overwhelmed and honestly didn’t know what to do. What was supposed to be the end of a wonderful celebration suddenly became a very stressful situation. That was when this hotel became the perfect place to recover and breathe. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the hotel was incredibly calming. The beautiful surroundings of Shiba Park, the spectacular Tokyo views, the spacious and elegant rooms, and above all, the genuinely warm service made us feel that we were finally able to relax. At check-in, there was initially a little time needed to locate and confirm my reservation. However, Ms. Kimura Tomomi, Supervisor, Front Office, handled the situation with such warmth and professionalism. Rather than making the wait uncomfortable, she engaged us in friendly small talk and immediately put us at ease. It was such a small gesture, but in a stressful situation, it made a huge difference. What touched me most was that the hotel kindly arranged a Junior Suite upgrade and late check-out for us. After our flight cancellation, this meant we could stay comfortably, organize our luggage, rest, and prepare for our eventual flight without the usual stress of having to leave the hotel early. The Junior Suite was wonderful — spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed, with the kind of generous space that is increasingly difficult to find in Tokyo. The views and the peaceful setting next to Shiba Park made it feel like a true retreat in the middle of the city. I also loved the hotel’s location. Being surrounded by greenery while having Tokyo Tower and the city skyline so close creates a very special atmosphere. It feels luxurious without being overly formal, and peaceful without feeling disconnected from Tokyo. But what I will remember most is not the room or the view. It is the people. Luxury is ultimately about how a hotel makes you feel, especially when something unexpected goes wrong. In our case, the hotel turned what could have been a very frustrating and disappointing final day into one of the most relaxing and memorable parts of our trip. Thank you especially to Ms. Kimura Tomomi and the entire Front Office team for your kindness, flexibility and genuine hospitality. We came to Tokyo to celebrate our daughter’s new beginning, and despite the unexpected typhoon and flight cancellation, you helped us end the journey with a feeling of comfort and gratitude. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that The Prince Park Tower Tokyo is one of the few that I would return to without hesitation. A beautiful hotel, an unforgettable view, exceptional hospitality — and most importantly, a team that knows how to take care of people when they need it most. Thank you for giving us a wonderful final memory of Tokyo. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo in July 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a convenient location near Shinagawa Station, making it easy to travel around Tokyo and reach the airports. At the same time, the property feels calm and removed from the busy surroundings, particularly around the beautiful Japanese garden. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet, allowing us to sleep well despite the hotel’s central location. The atmosphere throughout the property was elegant and relaxing, and the amenities were well maintained. The staff were professional, polite and helpful during our stay. We also felt that the hotel offered good value considering the room size, peaceful surroundings and convenient location. Overall, The Prince Sakura Tower is a comfortable and dependable choice in Tokyo, especially for travellers who appreciate easy transport connections combined with a quieter atmosphere. We would be happy to stay here again.

“Wonderful Hotel Service!”

I stayed at the Prince Sakura Tower with my husband and 2 tween daughters. The service at this hotel was amazing! When the front desk discovered we were in Japan to celebrate my birthday, they left a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne in our room. They also assisted with restaurant recommendations and luggage forwarding. The rooms are a nice size and included all the toiletries, pajamas, slippers, etc. There is plenty of room in the bathroom as well. The garden onsite is beautiful! The garden is lit at night. Definitely worth finding the time to stroll through the garden. We had access to the lounges. The breakfast offered included Japanese and Western cuisine. The selection was not huge. However, they offered enough to satisfy everyone in the family. The location of the hotel is close to the train station and shopping plazas. 7-11 is onsite as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Japanese Garden was highlight in this hotel”

Best thing about this hotel is its Japanese Garden. Garden is so beautiful and it looks more beautiful in the night with bamboo lighting. Best thing about this hotel is its Japanese Garden. Garden is so beautiful and it looks more beautiful in the night with bamboo lighting. This hotel is part of Marriott group but in its surroundings same company has 2 more hotels and all 3 hotels share same Japanese garden. Hotel gave us a room overlooking Japanese garden and with a good view of Tokyo tower in night, Being Marriott Ambassador, I had lounge access but hotel allowed our lounge access in adjoining two hotels which are same group properties but not part of Marriott. Gym was in basement (although not a big fan of basement gyms without windows). One thing that hotel can improve is more Buffett options in the lounge as menu was very limited. Also, being a business hotel, it would be good to have long hours in the lounge as food was closed at 7pm. Tip: Hotel is very near to Shinagawa station which has good eating options and also, easy to catch trains to major locations if you have sightseeing plans.
