“Best for travelling on a budget”
We initially booked the stay here due to a very competitive price but were not expecting a lot tbh. We were pleasantly surprised. LOCATION. “Budget stay in surprisingly great location”
We chose this hotel for the budget price and got what we expected from that perspective, with a very small dated room that was not serviced during our stay. “Compact but everything you need, including kitchenette”
Just perfect for me & my daughter. The staff is very friendly. There is also a very nice grocery store a few steps from the front door if you need any food while staying there. Pretty close to Shinjuku station too (walkable).

“Nice clean apartment”
The apartment itself was around 10 minutes walk from Iidabashi station and in what felt like quite a safe neighbourhood. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed and more. The reception staff we help and polite.

“Ok for a mid range budget hotel”
The room was OK but small. The bathroom smelled terrible and was horrible. Well located near iidabashi station (5 min walk) Many amazing restaurants nearby (5-10 min walk). The laundry has very good machines and cheap. They provide detergent. A very hood supermarket just across the street
