We were very pleased with the comfort and quality of amenities at this hotel. In room products such as hair dryer, kettle and coffee machine are high quality and still new. Free drinks in the minibar, and an assortment of self-serve products at the check-in area were a wonderful surprise. Razors, dental products, body and face products, assortment teas and coffees pods. More than I've seen anywhere else. Location is pretty convenient. Few minutes walk to the Oedo Line subway and a McDonalds, bus stops outside the hotel door, even a Starbucks nearby. Convenience stores and market nearby as well as walking distance to TeamLab Planets. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a week with my sister in an executive corner twin room. We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel overall and would definitely recommend it! The location of the hotel was very convenient for getting around the city. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, a short walk to the nearest tube station, and even a 7/11 directly outside which was incredibly useful. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including McDonald’s and other local food options. One thing to note is that the hotel is located in Chūō City, so it’s not within walking distance of major tourist attractions like temples or some of the more famous sightseeing areas. You’ll need to use public transport to get around, although this was very easy. The only downside to the location was that the hotel is situated on a large main road, and traffic noise could be quite noticeable at night. We had disturbed sleep on one evening because of loud cars outside. The hotel itself was modern, very clean, and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Some staff spoke better English than others, so having a translation app will probably be useful. In the reception area, there was also a large self-service amenities station for guests, stocked with tea, coffee, matcha, toiletries, and even skincare products, which was a really nice touch. We only had breakfast once at the hotel, but there was a really wide selection of food available. The buffet included hot breakfast items like eggs, sausages, and bacon, but also less typical options such as pizza, prawn bites, and salad. There was also fresh fruit, cereal, bread, continental options, smoothies, juices, tea and coffee machines. Overall, a decent breakfast. The room was probably the highlight of the stay. It was modern, spotless, and felt very spacious by Tokyo standards. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the hotel provided pyjamas, slippers, and amenities which were replenished daily. There was also a coffee machine, kettle, and a stocked mini fridge included free of charge, although only the water was replaced each day. The shower was excellent with strong water pressure, and the blackout blinds helped for getting to sleep. Overall, a great hotel with excellent rooms, convenient transport links, and good amenities. Aside from a bit of road noise at night, we had a very positive experience staying here. We would stay here again and would recommend!

“Very nice…”

A group of 42 people from different parts of India came on a conducted tour to Japan. Stayed for 3 nights Adequately spaced room for a couple. Amenities including night gowns were provided. Breakfast offered a wide variety of continental food . Good stay! Ganesh J Mumbai

The hotel appears new and is very clean, providing all the essentials you need in your room. Additionally, the lobby offers extra tea bags and toiletries for guests to help themselves. A bus stop is conveniently located just outside the hotel, making it easy to reach Ginza and Tokyo Station. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. I would have given a five-star rating, but I encountered a couple of issues. First, they charge for checking in even an hour earlier than the 3 PM check-in time, despite the room being ready. Secondly, the staff could benefit from better training and improved English language skills.
