“R&B hotel Otsuka Tokyo”
Great basic clean friendly hotel. Well run bargain breakfast at ¥500 super powerful showers with good beds just what you need. Otsuka interesting area with local tram. Conveniently located just in front of Otsuka station (which is 2 stations away from Ikebukuro), this hotel offers basic rest at an affordable price. Otsuka Station is located just in front of this hotel. You can find some noise from train station in the morning a bit annoying. But i am ok with that. My single room is VERY small but clean. “Horrible service”
We stayed here for a week for a business trip, the hotel staff did not give us good service at all, not recommended hotel, breakfast was also horrible, the rooms are bloody small, staff was not helpful overall at all
