“Good hotel in a great location.”
I spent 6 nights at this hotel in October. Like most Tokyo hotels, the room is small, however it is well laid out and very clean. It's best point is its location, right in the heart of Kabukicho. “Small Rooms but Great Location”
The hotel is located in a fairly central area of Kubitchico, which is lively and quite chaotic at night. The hotel is clean and offers the possibility to use an onsen. The rooms are very small, and the breakfast area is also quite limited in space. Overall, it offers good value for money.

“Great area”
Great area, it was very close to the centre of Shinjuku and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. You pay a bit extra but it’s worth it for the location. It was small like most Japanese hotels but it was fine for one night and for one person.
