Great hotel for a good price! I stayed in a Standard Double Room on the Premier Floor, on the 37th floor, with access to the lounge. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely book the hotel again. The room was very good: spotless clean, quiet, and well equipped with all the important amenities. It was not especially large, but this is quite normal for Tokyo, and the space was used well. The only thing I missed was a proper cupboard or wardrobe, which could become inconvenient during a longer stay. The windows cannot be opened, but there is a fresh air system underneath the window, which worked very well and made the room feel comfortable. The lounge was very nice, especially for breakfast and in the evening. It is a comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. However, there were no larger snacks available during the day, and the lounge closes rather early at 9 PM. That is worth knowing in advance. The location is excellent. The hotel is very central, close to Ginza and Marunouchi, and Shiodome Metro Station is directly by the hotel. From there, it is easy to get almost anywhere in Tokyo. For sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, and business, the location is hard to beat. Service was excellent throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Room cleaning was particularly impressive: once I put out the cleaning sign, the room was ready again after about half an hour. Considering the location, room quality, lounge access, and service, the price was also reasonable, around EUR 200 per night. Overall, this is a very good hotel in central Tokyo with clean, quiet rooms, great staff, and excellent transport connections. I would happily stay here again.

“Comfortable stay.”

Wonderful hotel, extremely clean and the maid service was impeccable. Close to the train station. Buffet here is excellent. I thought there was a pool here but there isn’t. Wonderful hotel, extremely clean and the maid service was impeccable. Close to the train station. Buffet here is excellent. I thought there was a pool here but there isn’t. Family Mart at the bottom of the hotel which is very convenient. Front desk service is very polite but I wouldn’t say the warmest people. Staff at buffet however were excellent. We booked a room for three people… room was spacious and beds were somewhat firm but I loved it.

Wonderful tour with lots of history given by Jeffrey. He was very polite and helpful. Jeffrey was attentive to what we wanted to see and do.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Shiodome and Shimbashi stations. It is also very close to Ginza, one of Tokyo's best districts for shopping, dining, and cafés. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, very comfortable, and offered spectacular views of the Tokyo skyline. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. However, the hotel itself feels dated and is not as luxurious as it appears in the photos. The wallpaper, carpets, and furniture in the room showed their age and would definitely benefit from renovation.
