“Good service neat and clean rooms”
Staffs are polite they try to help as much possible, I think the breakfast available in the morning is quite cheap and good. The hotel is situated in a good location JR kamata station in 3 mins away and keikuy line station is a min away.

“A good hotel for easy access to Haneda (15 minutes by train)”
It wasn't that easy to find from the train station, but was actually remarkably close. Front desk staff were very helpful and the room was clean albeit a bit small. “Nice hotel”
I had a nice experience at this hotel. The only English channel on TV was CNN, and even there they had Japanese voice over. The breakfast was nice. Short walk to train station or shops. Overall very nice!

“Fair”
Ok hotel for a stop over for airport, although you will need Google maps to find it as you come out of the station. I stayed for a few nights, and the room could get a bit small. No wardrobe or storage space. The room dosen't get cleaned either which is a bit odd. Staff are OK, breakfast is basic.
