“Above average room size”
Room was a good size compared to other hotels in the area. Washing machine supplied in room. Coffee machine in lobby for guests. Very close to underground railway station. Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area. Supplied breakfast was ok.

“Great location & room facilities ”
Always liked staying at one of the Tokyu Stay outlets. All near train stations and having washer dryer units in the room is the best. Friendly hotel staff and having access to the concierge service is very useful when travelling w suitcases

It appears that the hotel is converted from a condominum. Located in a residential area with plenty of non-expensive but very busy eaterie There are 2 subway lines near close by so travelling to other parts of Tokyo is easy. “Business Trip”
Great little Hotel in the heart of Monzen Nakacho, right near the subway and around 100 restaurants with quality food. The rooms are small, but this is Japan. Probably request not being in The Annexe, it faces the main road.

Stayed there for my business trip and chose it for room size and good price. It's rather new and I was satisfied with room quality.
