First time in Japan and this was a very pleasant hotel to greet our family party of 20 people. Like most areas in Japan, this was well-kept establishment...clean, friendly accommodating staff and had everything we needed for our stay. A bonus that is it situated close to most things we needed whether it was a nearby grocery store (7-11 across the street, Mini-Stop a block away) , restaurant (Yoshinoya) or subway stations. I later found out this is a large hotel chain found through Japan. This is along the line as a Holiday Inn or Best Western. Decent, clean, daily breakfast (included with our stay) and safe. Nothing more you can ask for. Priced well too as this being the first leg of our trip, we did not want to go too pricey right from the start. I wouldn't mind using them again in the future.

On the quieter side of Tokyo away from the day to day hussle and bustle. But ideal as a central location to get to the majority of tourist sites. Several metro lines are within approx. 5 mins walking distance alongside a multitude of convenience stores. The room is your standard Japanese size with all the facilities one would expect. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided and additional items such as tea/shaver/combs etc are located in reception. Breakfast was included and rotated every day albeit again very Japanese style. Daily towel change and room make up every few days. Very friendly staff assisted with queries. Used the onsite washer/dryer which was hassle free. Oh! during the early days of our stay it rained and the hotel provided umbrellas free to use. All in all a great stay.

“Well Located, Small but Functional Hotel”

The hotel is located close to Higashi-Nihombashi subway station, which is very convenient with direct access to both Haneda and Narita Airports. The hotel is located close to Higashi-Nihombashi subway station, which is very convenient with direct access to both Haneda and Narita Airports. There are 2 more subway stations nearby, which offer easy access to Disneyland and Shijuku. Hotel room is small but clean and toilet is big enough. To our suprise, there is a safety box in the room, which is very rare for this class of hotel. Health oilless breakfasts are served but there are not enough varieties. Overall, the hotel could be classified as value for money hotel.

I have stayed here for 7 days in this hotel 2 weeks ago for my first ever Japan Trip. Positive Side: Everything was clean, the staff were very pleasant. Housekeeping is very efficient. Specially the one of the female staff and the guy with glasses who did not asked me to pay for the umbrella I lost in the train station. Room for improvement: The house keeping comes in ones in a blue moon to clean your ream and if they do, they do it early in the morning when you're still sleeping from partying the night before so you can't ask for a clean up since they only do it in the morning. My stay was very positive and I enjoyed it. They also have free breakfast that I am not crazy about. Better go to 7-11. Will absolutely recomment this place again soon

I chose this hotel mostly due to its location, as I needed somewhere well connected to the subway line. The walk from the subway was indeed about 5 minutes, so that was fantastic. The hotel was easy to find: I arrived in the late evening and check-in was quick and efficient. My room was more or less like other hotels I stayed at, small, but efficient. It was however more difficult dealing with luggage as there was literally no space where to put it. The hotel’s suggestion is to put it under the bed. The room was clean and well appointed. The furniture was also quite standard: desk, tv, tea facilities, coat hanger. The mattress, as in other hotels was way too hard. The bathroom was also comparable in size and efficiency. It was clean and provided the expected toiletries. Breakfast was included in the room rate and served next to the reception but due to early departure time I did not try it.
