“Japaness style with western tauch, very nice!”
Very cute and pretty inside and outside, English speaking staff available, room is Japanese style seating area with bed, very nice view from room balcony where we watch sunset, TV was very small but we did not need to watch TV at all, hot spring was nice, food and service was very good too. “Japanese Style”
i stayed here for 5 night, the room was big enough for the 5 of us. and i like it so much that our room is a japanese style.. staff are friendly but their english is bad..easy to find only 5 minutes walk from wakayama station and convenience store..

“Nice and Clean”
Location is quite good, near from JR station just walking 8 minute. The hotel are very new i think they have a renovation before. Stylish renovation, look very nice. Room are clean and big but the toilet a bit weird.

stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, the superior room was very good. The room is spacious and cute. The bathroom was very comfortable. But unfortunately the staffs can't speak english very well. “A bit tatty ”
Kind of old and tatty Check in staff were useless Tv small screen Very good wireless internet Excellent availability of vending machines Nice bath. Bloody hot water Good value for money I would return Convenient location. Only beaten the Granvia or sleeping in the station itself!
