“Take the journey🤫”
I check out 5.30 am tomorrow. I dont write many reviews but this hotel exceeds expectation. The staff scoped on attention to visitors and were of design in essense. Loved the atmosphere and keeping it close 😄

“Lovely Ryokan hotel on the river”
We spent two nights here as part of our Kumano Kodo, staying in a nice 7th floor room with great views over the river to the forested hills. “Weird and wonderful”
For a westerner this is a bit of an odd place. Its quite easy to list its deficiencies- there is no bar, no place to sit in the Sun and , I’m afraid to say, we did not find the food vey palatable. “Outstanding Onsen”
The location is perfect - next to the river - outdoor Onsen. Just fabulous. My room had a view of the river. So lovely. Service was exceptional - all heating was on and my room was stifling but they gave me a fan which was amazing. Also I missed the bus at Hosshinmon Oji so they had a shuttle bus c… more

“Nice place”
A very nice place. Rooms are nice and have a view to the river. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice and provides excellent dinner (But closing at 9 PM) and breakfast. You can access the the hot springs and get a healthy bath.
