“Great location spacious room”
The hotel is right next to the lake. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. The onsen is relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel.

“Stepping into tranquility and civility from a bygone era”
I believe they have two buildings and we stayed in the old (?) main building. The rooms are so spacious with two single beds plus the tatami floor, that can easily sleep four adults. We stayed here for 2 nights - to try and ensure we did see Mt Fuji. Having booked and then read some of the reviews, I was pretty worried.
