“good staff ,good service”
Overall, I am very satisfied with everything. The food quality is good, the water temperature of the hot spring is suitable, and the open-air bath faces Mount Fuji. The view is great! “Modest Hotel, Value for Money”
Very god value for money. Yes it is not luxurious nor is the decor up to date but it is still reasonable value for money. I did not have any meals at the hotel. it is very ok as they are plenty of good eating places nearby.

“I would stay at this Hotel again, very clean, and Professional Staff”
The Hotel was very clean and Hotel Staff were very friendly. The Hotel Lake View from my Room was awesome. The Buffet was food was good both Japanese and American Selection.
