I had a wonderful family staycation at Al Abdali Boulevard Hotel, an IHG hotel under the Voco brand, and what truly sets it apart is its location. Being in the heart of Al Abdali Boulevard means you're surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops in one of Amman's most vibrant districts. Even sitting on the balcony or enjoying a coffee while watching the boulevard is an experience by itself. The atmosphere is lively from morning until late evening. We stayed in a two-bedroom hotel apartment, and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was modern, spacious, beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The beds were among the most comfortable we've slept on, and our apartment overlooked the main boulevard, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is also well equipped for longer stays. It includes a large refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave, making it very convenient for families or extended visits. While it doesn't come with kitchen utensils or cookware, having these appliances is still a great advantage. One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel consists of several buildings. Depending on where you're staying, you may need to walk between them to reach facilities such as the swimming pool or restaurants. Personally, I didn't see this as an inconvenience. It actually added to the experience and made the property feel more like a vibrant neighborhood than a traditional hotel. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and every member of the team we interacted with was genuinely welcoming and eager to help. A special thank you to General Manager Bassam Abulhassan and Director of Food & Beverage Wissam Omari for their outstanding hospitality. I would also like to recognize Suzanne, Sirin (سيرين), Abdullah, Hamza (حمزة), Ammar (عمار), Raed (رائد), and Basel (باسل) for their kindness, professionalism, and the genuine care they showed throughout our stay. The dining experience deserves special praise. We tried room service, which was excellent, as well as Italia, the hotel's main restaurant overlooking the boulevard. We also dined at Habib Beirut, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The authentic Lebanese cuisine, the Lebanese chef, and the Lebanese service team create an atmosphere that truly makes you feel as though you've stepped into Beirut. The rooftop family pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There's also another rooftop pool that opens for Friday DJ events, giving guests a different atmosphere depending on what they're looking for. Overall, this IHG property successfully combines the reliability of an international hotel brand with the vibrant character of Al Abdali Boulevard. It was a perfect destination for a family staycation, offering spacious apartment-style accommodation, excellent dining, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. Our family truly enjoyed every moment, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman, whether for business, a family getaway, or a weekend escape.
