“11/10 Emad was perfect”

“Great place with friendly staff”
Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, well equipped gym and good breakfast. The Club Access was amazing. Emad and Hamza did everything to make you feel comfortable. They provided excellent service.

“Stay at Hayatt Amman”
Waleed from the front desk reception was amazing and veryyyyyy helpful. He helped me at last notice to prepare the room with honeymoon decorations and late check out and would constantly ask me if i needed anything. As a hotelier can see him becoming a front desk manager one day

“Poor customer service”
It’s a great hotel for the price but customer service is very poor especially at the reception desk, Check in process is a chaos. Other than that everything else is good.
