“Excellent location and services”
Absolutely helpful and fluent english speaking staff. Free parking and strong Wi-Fi. Room was big, nice, and clean. Restaurant offer menu also in english and food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was big and maily tasty.

“Very good choice for stay in Astana”
Hotel is very well located near to the center of the city (5min. walking). Beautiful view from the hotel (f.e. to KhamShatyr). Russian speaking staff, very friendly and helpful. You can choose Europien, Russian or Kazakh style for breakfast. They have very cozy and tasteful restaurant in the winter… more

“truly aristocratic decor & service”
it was mu first time in Astana a Kazak friend recommended this hotel,absolutely delighted to have stayed there. Suites are very well appointed in traditional aristocratic style,reminded me a little English heritage so felt at home. every facility you could think of was in the suite,beautiful views… more
