“Vintage, comfortable and cosy”
It is a beautiful soviet style hotel with a perfect management. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are helpful and kind, i really enjoyed staying, i will definitely come back

“Hotel Otrar”
It is a hotel situated near presidential garden. It is a 5 floor hotel. Rooms are okay. They don't make up the rooms unless we tell them to do so. This hotel had a very ex-soviet union look to it. The location was good but the hotel is in need of updating. The room was OK; but a bit dated. “Old and tired”
Built in 1975 and it’s a grand old building. However, it needs a serious upgrade. Beds are old and tired. You could feel the springs. “Nostalgic experience”
The location of this very nostalgic and Soviet style hotel is very central, close to downtown sights, services and connections. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit small and they have a tiny balcony too. Breakfast in a great dining hall was actually very good.
