“Warm welcome and excellent service”
Just got in from Berlin and the hospitality here is amazing! The rooms were spotless and the temperature was just right. They even pulled our cars up to the entrance this morning. Shoutout to Aigul for telling us about the best local spots!

“Good hotel”
Very nice Grand hotel. Well above my expectations! Very big rooms. Clean, comfortable and very well looked after. Wide range of breakfast options. Not sure about air con, I stayed in two rooms and it didn't work in either of them. Ask for the mountains view for spectacular views.
