“Great Hotel 100% will Stay again”
Stayed last week Great Value. The hotel staff were extreamly helpful prior to us arriving organising a hotel pick up and early check in as we arrived at 5am. was a godod location with a great bar in the hotel. Will 100% Stay here again when visiting Almaty.

“good experience.”
The location is wonderful almost every staff is nice barring 1 or 2 . Breakfast is also good. room is wonderful big and everything is there bathroom is very neat and clean. they have lift so things are easy on the upper floor. they are always ready to help they all speak English .

“A nice hotel ”
We had never travelled to Kazakhstan and had no idea of what to expect. The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. The bedroom was a very nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also very good. Our overall experience was positive.
