“A day at Emeli.”
I was part of a training hosted at Emeli Hotel. The service is good and the employees are courteous. We were served a buffet lunch which had a great variety drink wise and meal wise. “Quite okay”
Very nice rooftop-pool, sometimes a bit too busy because the pool itself is not that big. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean but shabby. You also can't close the window in a right way, for example. The lobby is very comfortable. Poor wifi in the rooms!

“Service dropping”
First, I am a frequenter of this hotel. Loved it at first coz I believe it was new and had promotions. I kept going back... With every visit, I noticed a sort of relaxation in customer service. From the reception to the restaurant on the roof. I have shifted to a new spot now.
