“Lovely customer service”
My experience was lovely. Linet took care of me and my colleagues and was very kind. We asked her a lot of questions on which food and activities to try and she was very pleasant and accomodatied us and took pictures of us even!! She made the experience memorable and I’ll definitely come back

“Peaceful Location”
Holiday Inn Nairobi was located in the perfect spot to get to the main areas of Nairobi. Located next to theTwo Rivers Mall, giving lots of options for dinner, lunch and shopping. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. If they’re any issues they are quickly resolved.

Realy nice, is next to 2 Rivers Mall where theres also a Masaai market.
