I am genuinely at a loss for words, but I will try my best to describe the sheer perfection that was my experience with Careen! From the absolute millisecond I walked in, her energy, warmth, and impeccable professionalism completely blew me away. I have encountered hospitality veterans with decades of experience who don’t possess a fraction of the grace, efficiency, and charm that Careen effortlessly displays. She didn't just provide excellent service she elevated the entire experience into something unforgettable! But here is the absolute kicker: I found out afterward that she is an intern?! A literal intern! I am completely and utterly amazed. If you had told me she was the general manager or a seasoned corporate trainer, I would have believed you without hesitation. Her confidence and poise are lightyears ahead of her title. To top it all off, when she seamlessly dropped a little bit of Spanish into our interaction (¡Qué maravillosa!), my jaw hit the floor. A multilingual superstar in the making! Careen is an absolute gem, a natural born hospitality prodigy, and a future industry leader. Management needs to promote her immediately before someone else swoops in and steals her away! 10/10, 100/100 i will be coming back solely because of her!

We have used this hotel several times as our base during business trips in 2025 and 2026. The positives: the location and the staff, who are for the most part service-minded, helpful, and exceptionally friendly. The negatives: as a project manager, I unfortunately have to say that this hotel has become too risky and too time-consuming for me to use for business purposes. For example, in June we once again booked the hotel’s conference facilities and received a confirmation. However, when we arrived, the reservation could not be found, and at the last minute I had to fight to secure a space for our guests. The invoice we had already paid for the conference services could not be located either. In addition, we have been accused on several occasions of having unpaid invoices. When we provided proof of payment, nobody even apologized for the false claims. The hotel’s internal processes are seriously lacking. If I book an airport transfer through the hotel, I do not need to receive internal emails in which the Sales Department instructs another department to arrange the transfer. As a customer, I simply need confirmation that the service will be provided. This leads to the larger issue: all too often, things are not taken care of unless I repeatedly follow up on services I have already booked. Communication between departments and staff members is clearly not working, and information does not flow within the organization. For these reasons, we will no longer be using this hotel’s services.
