“Wonderful”
I loved the experience from Angela, Victor and Fred, who helped with arrangements orders and helped us fulfill all the birthday wishes inclusive of the orders that were placed and suggestions The atmosphere was good and the background music was also excellent.

“Mercure-Pullman shared experience”
The shared facilities make Mercure and Pullman a unique experience. The breakfast is five-star. The staff are friendly and have attention to detail. The barista, Nelly, in particular stands. She always remembered our faves before we even asked.
