Location: This lodge enjoys a superb setting in the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, and is sheltered by the volcanic splendour of the Chyulu Hills. This classic stone-built lodge overlooks its own watering hole which is visited daily by elephants, buffalo and a wide variety of plains game. It is also ideally placed for visits to all the park's prime attractions, including The Mzima Springs, Shetani lava and caves, Rhino Valley and Sanctuary and the Roaring Rocks, which are all about an hour from the lodge. Nairobi is 3 hours' drive and it is about 280 km to Mombasa Airport.
Meals: The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Full board can be booked. Breakfast and lunch offer culinary delights every day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

“A unique spectacle in Tsavo West”
Tsavo West has a special charm, but once you arrive at the lodge, you get the opportunity to see animals drinking water right in front of the dining area and your room. It is a unique spectacle! The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean.

I really liked this accommodation. The welcome we got on arrival was lovely. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. The food was good and we were sorry that we we were not able to spend longer there. The room was not big but it was big enough and the bed was super king size. All in all… more
