My husband and I stayed at Hyatt Regency Bishkek for six days during our summer holiday in Central Asia. Before arriving in Kyrgyzstan, we had already visited Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan as part of our three-week journey. We chose this hotel primarily because of its beautiful outdoor pool area, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. We spent most days relaxing by the pool, reading, swimming, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. On a couple of occasions the music was a little too loud, but the staff immediately turned it down when we asked. The pool attendants and waiters were exceptionally attentive, always making sure guests had cold drinks and delicious food whenever they wanted. The breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options. We only had dinner at the hotel once, which we actually regret, as it was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I also treated myself to two massages. Ms. Datkajyn was highly skilled, and after her treatments my back pain completely disappeared. The only thing I missed was aromatic oil during the aromatherapy massage. We used the gym several times and visited the spa once. The gym was spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern, high-quality machines. The spa, although relatively small, was lovely and included a hot whirlpool, a steam room, and a cold plunge pool, making it a wonderful place to unwind. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bath room was large with separate shower and bathtub. Since my back does not tolerate firm mattresses very well, I asked for two extra duvets to use as additional padding. The staff happily accommodated my request, and it made a huge difference. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely service-minded. They even carried our shopping bags to our room several times after we had been shopping at the nearby mall, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many of Bishkek’s main attractions and shopping areas. We noticed that some parts of the hotel had not yet been fully renovated, but the guest rooms, restaurant, and reception area were all modern, stylish, and well maintained. Finally, I had my nails done at the beauty salon inside the hotel. I only wish I had booked more treatments because the salon was elegant, modern, and offered excellent service. Best of all, the prices were only about one-quarter of what I would have paid back home. Unfortunately, by the time I wanted to book additional appointments, they were fully booked. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return to Hyatt Regency Bishkek. The excellent service, comfortable facilities, and relaxing pool area made it the perfect place to unwind after travelling through Central Asia.

“Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.”

We had an amazing time at the Hyatt Regency Bishkek. The hotel is very upscale, and the location is right in the middle of so many attractions. It is very walkable around the hotel with many parks. The hotel staff was always so helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again… more

“Good stopover”

Hyatt Regency Bishkek staff are all polite and very helpful. I stayed with them 2 nights before I start my trek. I booked a deluxe king with Club access. Hyatt Regency Bishkek staff are all polite and very helpful. I stayed with them 2 nights before I start my trek. I booked a deluxe king with Club access. Room 48sqm was spacious and I love their shower area. So easy to operate and no climbing into bathtub and out. Toiletries are basic and they have a card where you can request all the items if you need them Love it as I got mouthwash and washing detergent. Gym is 24hrs and look quite nice and spacious. However many equipments are dated and they can update them. Spa area where the jacuzzi and steam room are shared and sauna is in ladies room but the sauna is tiny and hard to fit in more than 2 person. Club lounge is a dismal. Happy hour starts at 6-8pm and serve poor quality wine. Hot food is poor too. Is not worth to pay for club access. Breakfast has plenty to eat and ready to make crepes is the best I’d in Kyrgyzstan. I tried their signature 2hr massage and it was so good, I came back for massage twice after changing hotel to Orion. Massage was marred by the air-conditioned as the room is hot! I was sweating while massaging. They should improve the ventilation of the room and stop the masseur from switching off the air con constantly. I’d a good rest and stay in Hyatt Bishkek. Unfortunately as I need an indoor pool and a better gym which Orion is able to provide. I changed my hotel when I was back from trek.
