“Location matters: Good Place to stay in Bishkek”

Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, quiet Place and close to the Main square. Pool and Spa almost 24/7 accessible.

The rooms are generous in size with large showers. There is no local TV, only You Tube and Netflix but the remotes were inoperable. Breakfast was the usual with fruit, bread, eggs and oatmeal and other buffet items. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Good location to walk to National Museum (turn right) and three blocks to Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Cathedral (turn left).

“Fair place to stay”

Room was clean, spatious and silent. A functioning locker was avaialble. Breakfast was fair - would have loved to get at least a cappuccino... The location is central.

Hotel is aging and needs renovation. Rooms were good size, comfortable beds with crisp white linen , bathrooms have no locks with a see-through door with opaque / clear glass patterned glass panel. Hotel is aging and needs renovation. Rooms were good size, comfortable beds with crisp white linen , bathrooms have no locks with a see-through door with opaque / clear glass patterned glass panel. Our room AC was good, though others complained. The reception management is not efficient, not good at solving issues. We were a family with two rooms- a triple and a twin but one was on the 8th floor and the other on the 4th floor although we asked for adjoining or at least same floor rooms. Although they speak English, they still have issues with communication. Breakfast, - though the table looked full with lots of small bowls of nuts, jams, seeds, cut fruit , there were limited options, specially for vegetarians, absolutely no class!. The bread was stale and horrible. Coffee only instant Nescafe. Fruit didn't look fresh and imagine bananas being cut and displayed!!!! Location not the best, - away from the city centre however there were some good eating options close by.

I stayed at this hotel at two separate occasions in May, 2024. The impression was very much the same: good size rooms, clean, and equipped with a fridge and safe. However, the first time the safe was locked in an open position. The receptionist seemed to think that this was not cause for immediate action, but it was eventually fixed. The second time, the room key did not work, nor its replacement. Finally, I got a traditional key to the manual lock. There was only one elevator, which caused backup. WiFi was poor in the room. The breakfast buffet provided a limited choice. The location is good for access to the center of town.
